Do you have a place in your home that inspires you to work, create or dream? Or perhaps a functional space to keep track of the household and family? Consider creating a pretty space of your own where you can feel organized and focused on your goals for the year ahead.
Even if you can only designate a small corner, a cabinet, or a board on the wall, having a designated space for work and dreams can help you feel more organized and productive.
This mood board represents a small organized space that could easily be tucked in another room that serves other purposes (like my snug!) but it would make a wonderful separate office, too. There are so many things I love here. A secretary desk that can fit into a smaller room to make a designated work zone. The tiered cart offers flexible storage. Lidded seagrass storage baskets are my favorite for corralling anything from paper to craft supplies. The slipcovered dining chair would be adorable on the secretary’s desk as well as being handy to pull out when extra guests are over. A faux (or real!) plant completes the space.
I hope this mood board inspires you with ideas to create an organized space of your own.
